Born in Buenos Aires. Attorney-at-law, graduate of the University of Buenos Aires School of Law (UBA). She completed the Interdisciplinary Postgraduate Course in Aviation Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (UCA). Member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association. Her practice focuses on Aviation Law, Litigation, Consumer Protection Law, Civil Law, Commercial Law and Labor Law.
She has extensive experience advising and representing private-sector companies, with a particular focus on the commercial aviation industry, acting as attorney-in- fact and legal counsel in both pre litigation and judicial proceedings.
Her practice includes mediation proceedings, consumer conciliation proceedings and administrative proceedings before Consumer Protection Authorities in the City of Buenos Aires and in various jurisdictions throughout Argentina.
In litigation matters, she manages a broad portfolio of disputes involving major airlines, actively participating in the development of procedural and litigation strategies and in the resolution of complex disputes. She also coordinates and supervises local counsel in different jurisdictions throughout Argentina, who are responsible for the representation and ongoing management of such cases.
She has further developed her expertise in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), particularly in mediation, conciliation and arbitration, and has experience in Family Law disputes and labor conciliation proceedings before SECLO.
She has complemented her professional training through several continuing legal education courses and professional development programs, including Labor Procedural Law, Succession Law, Contract Law, Occupational Risks, Simplified Joint-Stock Companies, Immigration Law and Conflict Theory, as well as training in corporate criminal liability.
